Saturday, The Links at Terranea on the Palos Verdes Peninsula plays host to the MGM Grand Tour’s 2015 Tournament of Champions. It’s the 10th edition of the tournament and 7th at Terranea. A new winner will be crowned after defending champion Armen Grigorian took an unofficial sabbatical this season.

The 2015 Player of the Year makes his 3rd TOC appearance in the past 4 years. Will try to become the 3rd Player of the Year to win the Tournament of Champions.
Clint Crump (Manhattan Beach Championship) 4th appearance
First appearance since 2013. Saturday marks his 90th career start.
Doug Vargas (Survivor Challenge) 4th appearance
First appearance since 2011. Missed 2 of the past 3 editions due to injury.
P-Jay Fidler (Charly Classic) 4th appearance
First appearance since 2012.
Ed Quiroz (Tour Championship) 1st appearance
The new Tour Champion will try and become the first Tour Champion to win the Tournament of Champions in the same year.
Nik Freitas (Match Play Invitational) 1st appearance
Terrific first full season on Tour, with a win in a major and 3rd place finish for Player of the Year.
John Frost (Hooters Team Play Championship) is out.
Chris Moawad (Hooters Team Play Championship) is out.
Walter Vargas (Masters) is out with an elbow injury.
