Another Win For Grigorian At Tournament of Champions
PALOS VERDES – Armen Grigorian made a triumphant return from baby leave, winning the Tournament of Champions Sunday for a 5th time, and first since 2010. His last action on Tour was in June at the Griffith Observatory Championship. “It’s pretty amazing. It feels great and [it was my] first time back. It was such a long time, I’m glad to be back,” said Grigorian who tied the Tour record for most wins in a given tournament. Reigning Tour Champion Martin Witt, still on a roll from last month’s victory, nearly added another win to close out 2014 but came up short despite a Terranea personal-best score.
